A customer referral occurs when an existing Torque360 customer recommends an auto repair business to our sales team for potential adoption of our software solutions. It involves introducing new businesses to Torque360 that are not currently engaged with our sales process.

For referring a friend or colleague to Torque360, you will be eligible to choose between a $200 Gift Card, direct deposit into your bank account, or an extended period of Torque360’s service offerings.

Your referral reward will be delivered no later than 35 to 40 days after the successful sale and onboarding of your referred friend.

  • Gift Card: A digital gift card valued at $200, applicable towards your next subscription payment or as specified.
  • Extended Period: Additional usage time for Torque360’s services beyond your current subscription period.
  • Direct Deposit: Cash transferred directly into your designated bank account.

Your referral will receive a $100 discount on our yearly package of any plan upon completing their purchase and subscription with Torque360.

To qualify for the $100 discount, your referral must purchase a yearly subscription package from Torque360. This discount will be applied to their subscription fees accordingly.

To qualify for a reward or discount, you should refer a friend who is not currently a Torque360 user and is not already engaged in our sales process.

There is no limit to submissions as long as the referrals meet Torque360’s referral criteria. You are encouraged to refer to as many eligible contacts as possible.
