When each of your referrals signs up for Torque360, you will earn a referral reward, which includes a $200 Gift Card, an extended service period, or a direct deposit for you, and a $100 discount on the yearly package for the referred customer.

Self-referrals, current Torque360 customers, and businesses already in contact with our sales team are not eligible for referral.
Referrals must be new leads not already present in our database or sales pipeline.
Our sales team will review your referral to determine if Torque360 is a good fit. If so, we will reach out to schedule a demo.
If your referral qualifies and attends the demo within 30 days of submission, the referred customer will receive a $100 discount if they choose to purchase the Torque360 yearly plan.
After your referral signs up for Torque360 and completes the onboarding process, you will receive a $200 gift card, an extended period of use, or a direct deposit as a reward. This typically takes 30-45 days from the referral’s sign-up date.
Referral rewards will be issued within 10 working days of your eligibility, using your preferred method (Gift Card, Extended Period, or Direct Deposit).
Torque360 reserves the right to disqualify referrals that do not meet our criteria or do not have a valid need for our auto repair shop management product.
Non-customers who refer Torque360 will receive their rewards once the referral signs up with the software.

A customer referral occurs when an existing Torque360 customer recommends an auto repair business to our sales team for potential adoption of our software solutions. It involves introducing new businesses to Torque360 that are not currently engaged with our sales process.
For referring a friend or colleague to Torque360, you will be eligible to choose between a $200 Gift Card, direct deposit into your bank account, or an extended period of Torque360’s service offerings.
Your referral reward will be delivered no later than 35 to 40 days after the successful sale and onboarding of your referred friend.
- Gift Card: A digital gift card valued at $200, applicable towards your next subscription payment or as specified.
- Extended Period: Additional usage time for Torque360’s services beyond your current subscription period.
- Direct Deposit: Cash transferred directly into your designated bank account.
Your referral will receive a $100 discount on our yearly package of any plan upon completing their purchase and subscription with Torque360.
To qualify for the $100 discount, your referral must purchase a yearly subscription package from Torque360. This discount will be applied to their subscription fees accordingly.
To qualify for a reward or discount, you should refer a friend who is not currently a Torque360 user and is not already engaged in our sales process.
There is no limit to submissions as long as the referrals meet Torque360’s referral criteria. You are encouraged to refer to as many eligible contacts as possible.
